Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel, Rio De Janeiro

I absolutely loved my stay at this iconic hotel in Brazil. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right on Copacabana beach. I enjoyed spending my days lounging on the public beach and exploring the vibrant restaurants along the waterfront. The atmosphere was electric, and I felt completely immersed in the amazing culture of Brazil. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and beautiful views of the beach. The bathroom was luxurious, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always willing to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool area that was perfect for relaxing. All in all, this was a fantastic choice for my solo trip to Brazil.

The only downside was that smoking was allowed in the terrace and pool areas, which was quite unpleasant.

The location, right across the street from the beautiful Copacabana beach, was perfect. We loved waking up to the amazing view of the beach every morning. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the large pool on the sixth floor. The Pergola restaurant served delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the initial room, the front desk staff, like Barbara, were very good too find me a room that I had previously enjoyed s. They even surprised me with a box of their delicious brigadeiro truffles. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved having my favorite corner window table reserved for me every morning.

We had an extremely luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, providing an array of treatments including body scrubs and massages. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing in the sun. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and continental breakfast in-room.

The only minor issue we came across was service. Although the staff were polite, there were occasional communication difficulties, leading to confusion around orders at the poolside snack bar.

Beyond luxury, beautiful rooms, excellent service, fantastic Brazilian experience, amazing breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly situated right across the beach, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the sun and surf. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff catering to our every need. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Plus, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a large heated pool and a well-equipped gym.

The prices for transportation arranged through the hotel were quite high, so we opted to use Uber instead.

The hotel had a great location, right on the beach and close to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked variety in its menu options, making it difficult to find something different to eat after a few days. the pool area could get quite crowded, leading to a lack of available loungers.

The decor was tasteful, beds were comfortable, staff were obliging, breakfast selection was excellent, and the restaurant served superb food.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.

Having spent Christmas at this hotel, we loved the festive atmosphere and the beautiful decorations that were all around. The hotel also had a special Christmas dinner , which was delicious and made the evening feel even more special. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all the key attractions. we really enjoyed the beach service provided by the hotel, making it convenient for us to relax and soak up the sun without any worries.

On the other hand, we were disappointed with the lack of seating areas in the hotel. There were very limited spaces to sit and relax outside of our rooms, difficult to find a comfortable spot to unwind and enjoy some downtime.

I was wowed at the hotel. The fine building and its excellent location right on Copacabana Beach immediately impressed me. The staff were attentive and cute, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a amazing view of the beach. Excellent location, historic building, classic interior, and great service. Spacious rooms, clean with ample towels. Good internet, TV, and appliances. Delicious breakfast buffet with many choices. Impressive staff, quick to address any issues and upgraded us to a top suite. Spectacular experience, will definitely return.
